Minimal Press is a newly established independent publishing company that publishes books based on the quality of the story telling, the literary value, and the prospect of sufficient sales to make each project financially viable. Minimal press covers all expenses involved in the publishing of both print and eBooks. We work closely with our authors throughout the publishing process and in promotion.
Minimal Press offers a new approach with higher percentage returns for authors. We have good distribution throughout South Africa to all leading bookstores, print on demand (POD) distribution in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Furthermore, we have partnered with a translation company to translate our titles, depending whether or not there is a market or that it is profitable, into 15 languages.
By using our global reach, embracing new technologies, and collaborating with authors at every stage of the publishing process, from design and editorial, to sales and marketing, to production and distribution, we wish to provide them with the greatest platform possible. At the same time, we fiercely protect our authors’ intellectual property and champion freedom of expression, ensuring that their voices carry beyond the page and into the folds of societies and communities around the globe.
